1. About these terms
By creating an account, starting a trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. RevvU is designed primarily for tradespeople and service businesses. If you use it for a business, you confirm that you have authority to agree on that business’s behalf.
Questions can be sent to Revvuhelp@hotmail.com.
2. The service
RevvU helps users request customer reviews, manage review activity, connect supported business profiles, automate follow-ups and prepare AI-assisted responses. Features may evolve as we improve the service. We will not materially reduce a paid plan’s core functionality without reasonable notice unless a change is needed for security, law or a third-party platform requirement.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate details, keep login credentials secure and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for ensuring that authorised staff follow these terms.
4. Trials, subscriptions and payment
A free trial includes the usage shown on the RevvU pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually, depending on the option selected, until cancelled. The price and billing period are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
You authorise recurring charges for your chosen billing period. We may change prices for a future renewal by giving reasonable notice. Taxes may be added where required.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time by contacting Revvuhelp@hotmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless we tell you otherwise. Fees already paid are normally non-refundable for partial billing periods, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and appropriateness of the data and messages you use with RevvU. You must:
- have a lawful basis to store customer details and contact customers;
- provide any privacy notices and choices required by law;
- follow applicable marketing, privacy and platform rules;
- review AI-generated content before sending or publishing it; and
- avoid misleading, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent or rights-infringing use.
7. Reviews, Google and third-party services
RevvU does not guarantee that a customer will leave a review, that a review will be positive, or that Google or another platform will publish or retain it. Connected services are governed by their own terms and may change, restrict or discontinue access. You must not use RevvU to manipulate reviews or offer prohibited incentives.
8. AI-assisted content
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. It is provided as an editable suggestion, not professional advice. You remain responsible for checking each response before using it publicly.
9. Availability and support
We aim to keep RevvU reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security work and third-party outages may occasionally affect access. Support is available through the contact email shown above.
10. Intellectual property
RevvU and its software, branding and original content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your trial or paid subscription. You retain ownership of content and data you provide and give us permission to process it only as needed to operate and improve the service.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risks, unlawful use, serious breach of these terms or harm to RevvU, its users or third parties. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevvU is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, third-party platform decisions or losses caused by data or instructions supplied by a user. Our total liability connected with the service will not exceed the fees paid for the affected account during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or security changes. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the law where you live.
15. Contact
